Collecting data from Appsflyer

Authorization: Allow Adverity to access Appsflyer
When creating an Appsflyer in Adverity, only use the V2.0 API token.
forTo set up a new Appsflyer, follow these steps:

In the Authorization step of the datastream wizard, click Access Appsflyer using your credentials.

Click Next.

Retrieve your V2.0 API token from Appsflyer as described in the Appsflyer documentation.

In API Token V2.0, enter the V2.0 API token.

Click Authorize.

If you choose Access using your credentials or Access using someone else's credentials, in Set up or edit User apps, you or the person granting access must choose one of the following options:

Choose Grant access to all User apps, including those created in the future to allow Adverity to access all existing User apps and all User apps created in the future.

Choose Select specific User apps to which you want to grant access to determine the specific User apps that you want Adverity to access. Adverity will not automatically have access to User apps created in the future. You will need to grant Adverity access to any User apps created in the future.
If you use your credentials to grant Adverity access to Appsflyer, all the User apps available to you using your credentials will be visible in the page to all Adverity users with permission to edit this .
If someone else uses their credentials to grant Adverity access to Appsflyer, the same applies to the User apps available using their credentials.
This is important to consider if you do not want all Adverity users with permission to edit the to be able to see the details of the User apps. For more information about user permissions, see Managing user permissions.

Configuration: Choose the data you want to collect from Appsflyer
To choose what data to collect and customize the Appsflyer datastream configuration, follow these steps:

(Optional) Rename your datastream.

In User apps, select the user apps on which to collect data.

In Report type, select the type of data to collect from Appsflyer.

(Optional) Select the Retargeting checkbox to collect data on the results attributed to retargeting campaigns.

(Optional) In Events, enter the names of the events on which to collect data. To collect data on multiple events, enter the event names in a comma separated list. To collect data on all available events, leave the Events field blank.
