Creating a datastream to collect data from Singular

The basics of creating a datastream to collect data from any data source are explained in our guide to Creating a datastream. This guide contains information about the specific steps to create a datastream to fetch data from Singular.

Configuration: Choose the data you want to collect from Singular

To choose what data to collect and customize the Singular datastream configuration, follow these steps:

  1. (Optional) Rename your datastream.

  1. In Report type, select the type of data to collect from Singular. The selected report type determines the additional fields to populate.

  1. In Time breakdown, select the time period into which the collected data should be broken down.

  1. In Applications and Sources, select the applications and sources for which to collect data. If you do not select any items in a drop-down list, Adverity collects data for all items in the drop-down list.

  1. For the SkAdNetwork report type, in Skan events, select the SKAN event by which you want to filter the data. If this field is empty, data will not be filtered by any SKAN event.

  1. In Dimensions and Metrics, change the list of fields that you want to see in your data extract. The list of available fields may vary depending on the report type.

  1. For the Tracker data and Combined data report types, in Cohort metrics, select the metrics for cohort analysis. If any cohort metrics are selected, you must select at least one cohort period.

  2. For the Tracker data and Combined data report types, in Cohort periods, select the time ranges for cohort analysis. If any cohort periods are selected, you must select at least one cohort metric.
