Introduction

For a list of the fields that you can collect from Twitch, see Twitch.

  • Twitch can collect a maximum of 1 million rows per single report. To fetch more data than this, split your fetch into smaller date ranges in the Initial Fetch step of creating a datastream.

Prerequisites

Before you start collecting data from Twitch, perform all of the following actions:

  • To collect data on the User Details or User Followers report type, create a value table containing a list of either User IDs or Usernames on which to collect data. For more information on how to create a value table, see Creating value tables.

  1. In Input Type, choose to collect data on either User IDs or Usernames.

  2. In User IDs, select the value table that contains a list of the User IDs or Usernames on which to collect data. If you do not have a value table that contains the User IDs or Usernames on which to collect data, click + Add next to the User IDs field and create a value table in the pop-up window. For more information on how to create a value table, see Creating value tables.

  3. In Top streams, enter the number of streams on which to collect data. These streams belong to the Twitch account used to set up the authorization. For example, enter 100 to collect data on the top 100 streams. This field is only available for the Active Streams report type.
