Troubleshooting Yahoo DSP

I see an error message when fetching data from Yahoo DSP

  • The Total row count limit for the day reached error message appears because the Yahoo DSP API has a limit on the amount of data you can fetch each day. This limit resets around 11:00 UTC.

To resolve this issue, collect your data over several smaller fetches, e.g. using shorter date ranges.

  • The This report hasn't been generated properly error message appears because Yahoo DSP has failed to generate the report.

To resolve this issue, please contact Yahoo DSP directly to report the problem.
