Using dashboard labels
This guide explains how to create and manage dashboard labels, add and remove dashboard labels on dashboards, and how to use dashboard labels to filter the dashboards shown on the Present page.
Introduction
Use dashboard labels to organize your dashboards. In the Present page, you can create and edit dashboard labels, add these labels to your dashboards, and change the order in which dashboard labels are displayed.
Dashboard labels are shown as colored dots on the dashboard tiles in the Present page.
Creating and managing dashboard labels
You can create, edit, delete and reorder your dashboard labels in the Labels window. The order in which dashboard labels are listed in the Labels menu is the order in which these labels are displayed in the list that appears when you click Add/Remove labels.
To create and manage your dashboard labels, follow these steps:

Go to the Present page.

In the Labels menu on the left side of the page, click Edit. Perform any of the following actions:

Creating a new dashboard label

Click + Create label.

Click the colored dot next to the label name field to choose the color of this label.
In the color picker pop-up, choose a new color using one of the following options:

Select a color using the color map and sliders.

Enter the HEX color code, RGB values, or HSL values of the new color.

Select one of the previewed colors.

In Enter label name, enter a name for this label.

Editing an existing dashboard label
-

Click the colored dot next to the label name to choose a new color for this label as described above.

Click the name of the label and edit the name of this label.

Deleting an existing dashboard label

Click Remove label next to the label you want to delete.

Changing the order of dashboard labels

Use the Drag and drop labels icons to drag the dashboard labels into the order in which they will be displayed.

Click Apply.
As a result, the following changes will be applied:

Newly created dashboard labels will appear in the Labels menu in the Present page.

Changes made to existing dashboard labels will be saved.

Deleted dashboard labels will be removed from the Labels menu and from any dashboards.

Dashboard labels will appear in the chosen order when you click Add/Remove labels.
Adding and removing labels on dashboards
To add and remove dashboard labels on a dashboard, follow these steps:

Go to the Present page.

Hover over the dashboard to which you want to add a label and click Add/Remove labels.

Select the dashboard labels you want to add to the dashboard.

Deselect the dashboard labels you want to remove from the dashboard.
If you have added a label to a dashboard, a colored circle matching the color of the dashboard label appears on the dashboard tile. If you have removed a dashboard label, the matching colored circle no longer appears on the dashboard tile.
Using dashboard labels to filter visible dashboards
You can use dashboard labels to filter the dashboards that are shown on the Present page. To do this, follow these steps:

Go to the Present page.

In the Labels menu on the left side of the page, select the dashboard labels you want to use to filter the visible dashboards.
Click a label again to deselect it.
As a result, only dashboards with the selected labels are displayed in the Present page.
