Deleting dashboards
This guide explains how to delete dashboards and how to restore dashboards that are scheduled for deletion.
Deleting a dashboard
Dashboards can be deleted by anyone with permission to edit the dashboard. This includes the user who created the dashboard, any dashboard collaborators, and users with Workspace Admin permissions.
To delete a dashboard, follow these steps:

Go to the Present page.

On the tile for the dashboard you want to delete, click Show additional info.

Click Delete dashboard.

In the Delete dashboard dialog box, click Delete dashboard.
As a result, the selected dashboard will be deleted. It will no longer appear in the Present page.
Restoring a deleted dashboard
You can restore a deleted dashboard to its original workspace after it has been deleted.
There is no time limit on restoring dashboards. However, you cannot restore a deleted dashboard if the workspace to which the dashboard belongs has been deleted. If this is the case, the deleted dashboard will not appear in the list of dashboards available to restore.
To restore a deleted dashboard, follow these steps:

Go to the Present page.

In the top left corner, click Select workspace, then Administration.

In the Manage section of the administration menu, click Dashboards.

Click the Deleted dashboards tab.

In the row for the dashboard you want to restore, click Restore.
The selected dashboard will be restored in its original workspace.
