Introduction to the Datastreams page
The Datastreams page is where the process of collecting your data in Adverity begins. Here, you can create a datastream to collect raw data from your data source.
After creating a datastream, collect data from its data source. In Adverity, data collection is called "fetching" data. There are two types of fetch:
-
Manual, one-time fetch - this happens when you manually fetch data from your data source using your datastream
-
Automated, scheduled fetch - this happens when you schedule regular fetches of your data in the datastream overview
After you have created at least one datastream, the Datastreams page provides an overview of your datastreams.
