Presentations¶
Turn an analysis into a slide deck in your brand design, then export it to PowerPoint. Where a data app is something people interact with, a presentation is something you hand over, a fixed narrative of what the data shows.
Prerequisites¶
Editor role to create. A brand design makes the output match your visual identity, but is not required, there is a sensible default.
Creating one¶
Ask in a conversation:
“Turn this into a five-slide deck: headline results, spend by channel, top campaigns, what changed, and next steps.”
Adverity Atlas plans the slides, designs them against your brand, and composes the deck. You can preview it before saving, then refine by asking.
Slide masters¶
A slide master is a reusable deck look: a brand plus the decoration and component styling applied to every slide, so successive decks come out consistent instead of each being one-off.
Create a master: Build it once against a brand, with a live preview of a sample slide
List and pick: Choose an existing master when generating a new presentation
Consistency: Every deck built from the same master shares its look
Masters are built and edited in Knowledge, see Brand Design for the builder and every option it offers.
Brand design¶
Presentations pull colours, fonts, and layout from the brand design configured in Knowledge. Set one up once and every deck inherits it; name a specific brand when you have more than one.
Exporting¶
Open the deck and click Download. Two formats are offered:
Format |
What you get |
|---|---|
PowerPoint (.pptx) |
A native, editable deck. Shapes and text are real PowerPoint objects, not flat images, so the deck can be edited after export |
Web page (.html) |
The deck exactly as it renders in Adverity Atlas, as a single file you can open in any browser |
Note
Because the export is genuinely editable in PowerPoint, a stakeholder can tweak wording without coming back to Adverity Atlas.
