Changing your user settings in Explore & Present#

This article explains how to change your name, Adverity password , and other account settings in Explore & Present.

Note

Some Administration settings are different in the Explore and Present pages. This guide explains how to configure settings in Explore and Present. For information about configuring Administration settings in the rest of the Adverity platform, see the Administration section of the documentation.

Changing user settings in Explore & Present#

To access all user settings in Explore & Present, follow these steps:

  1. In the top right corner, click image1 User.

  2. Click Account.

  3. In the Profile page, change any of the following settings:

    • To change your name, edit the First name and Last name fields.

    • To change how numbers are displayed in Explore & Present, change the selection in the Number format drop-down menu.

    • To change how dates are displayed in Explore & Present, change the selection in the Date format drop-down menu.

    Note

    You cannot change the email associated with your account. To update your email, contact the Adverity Support Team.

  4. Click image2 Update.

As a result, the changes you have made are saved and applied immediately in Explore & Present.

Changing your password in Explore & Present#

To change your password in Explore & Present, follow these steps:

  1. In the top right corner, click image3 User.

  2. Click Account.

  3. In the secondary menu, click Change password.

  4. In Current password, enter your current password.

  5. In New password, enter a new password.

    Note

    Your password must be at least 16 characters long, and must contain at least one number, at least one letter, and at least one special character.

  6. In Confirm password, enter the new password again.

  7. Click image4 Update.

As a result, your password has been changed.
