Providing Adverity Support with a browser log#
This article explains how to provide Adverity Support with a browser log.
Introduction#
When you contact Adverity Support for help, it is often useful to provide a browser log. The browser log lets Adverity Support analyze the problem better and help you more efficiently.
This article uses an example of saving the browser log when you have trouble with authenticating a certain connector.
Procedure#
To provide Adverity Support with a browser log, follow these steps:
Start your browser in private mode or incognito mode.
Log in to Adverity.
Go to the Datastreams page.
In the top right corner, click + Add new datastream.
Search for and click the data source for which you want to establish an authorization.
Click Next.
Click Setup a new Authorization.
Start capturing web session traffic. For more information on capturing web session traffic in your browser and saving the browser log, see the links below.
Perform the authorization process to replicate the problem.
Send the browser log to Adverity Support.
