Download data from Adverity without a header.

Introduction

Use the skipmeta instruction to download a file directly from Adverity without the header that was automatically added to the file. A meta header is added to files that are kept in Adverity. To read or download these files directly from Adverity, use this instruction to automatically skip this header information.
