Collecting data from Flashtalking#

Creating a datastream to collect data from Flashtalking#
The basics of creating a datastream to collect data from any data source are explained in our guide to Collecting data in Adverity. This guide contains information about the specific steps to create a datastream to fetch data from Flashtalking.
Configuration: Choose the data you want to collect from Flashtalking#
To choose what data to collect and customize the Flashtalking datastream configuration, follow these steps:
(Optional) Rename your datastream.
In Report type, select the type of data to collect from Flashtalking.
In Clients and Campaigns, select the clients and campaigns for which to collect data. If you do not select any items in a drop-down list, Adverity collects data for all items in the drop-down list.
In Depth, select the depth on which to collect data.
Select the Include all fields checkbox to collect data for all fields. If this checkbox is not selected, configure the fields to be collected in the Fields selector.
In Fields, change the list of fields that you want to see in your data extract.

Troubleshooting Flashtalking#
I see an error message when fetching data from Flashtalking#
The Note: Internal server error
error message appears due to an
authorization error.
To resolve this issue, re-authorize your connection to Flashtalking.
If the issue continues, if Include all fields is enabled in your datastream settings, disable this option and try fetching your data again.
