Limitations#
Collecting data from Klaviyo comes with the following limitations:
When using the Form values report type, the fetch date range cannot exceed one year.
Creating a datastream to collect data from Klaviyo#

Configuration: Choose the data you want to collect from Klaviyo#
To choose what data to collect and customize the Klaviyo datastream configuration, follow these steps:
(Optional) Rename your datastream.
In Report type, select the type of report you want to fetch:
Select Overview to fetch standard Klaviyo analytics data.
Select Form values to fetch form analytics data.
In Forms, select one or more forms to filter the data. If left empty, data for all forms is retrieved. This option is available for the Form values report type.
In Unit, select the unit of time in which you want to retrieve your data.
In Metrics and Fields, change the list of fields that you want to see in your data extract.
In Group by, select how you want to group the collected data.
