Collecting data from Sprout Social#

Creating a datastream to collect data from Sprout Social#
The basics of creating a datastream to collect data from any data source are explained in our guide to Collecting data in Adverity. This guide contains information about the specific steps to create a datastream to fetch data from Sprout Social.
Configuration: Choose the data you want to collect from Sprout Social#
To choose what data to collect and customize the Sprout Social datastream configuration, follow these steps:
(Optional) Rename your datastream.
In Report type, select the type of data to collect from Sprout Social.
In Customer profiles, select the customer profiles for which to collect data. If the field is left empty, data for all customer profiles will be fetched.
For the Messages report type, in Groups, select the groups for which to collect data. If the field is left empty, data for all groups will be fetched.
In Fields, Dimensions, and Metrics, change the list of fields that you want to see in your data extract.
