The table below gives information about most-used fields that you can import from Podigee. Other fields might also be available in Adverity.
The fields that you can fetch in Adverity are updated regularly to reflect updates to data source APIs.
analytics_episodes_cover_image Dimension
The URL of the cover image associated with the podcast episode for analytics purposes. This field helps in identifying the visual asset linked to an episode's performance data.
clients.{CLIENT} Metric
This field represents a specific client or application used by listeners to access the podcast. The {CLIENT} placeholder will be replaced by the actual client name (e.g., 'Spotify', 'Apple Podcasts', 'Chrome'). It provides data on the number of downloads or interactions from that particular client.
clients_on_platforms.{CLIENT}.{PLATFORM} Metric
This field combines information about the client application and the platform where the podcast was accessed. It indicates the number of downloads or interactions for a specific client ({CLIENT}) on a particular platform ({PLATFORM}).
countries.{CODE} Metric
This field represents listener demographics by country. The {CODE} placeholder will be replaced by a two-letter country code (e.g., 'US' for United States, 'DE' for Germany) and provides data on the number of downloads or listeners from that specific country.
date Dimension
The specific date for which the analytics data is reported. This field is crucial for time-series analysis of podcast performance.
downloaded_on Dimension
The date when the episode was downloaded by the listener. This field provides insights into when the content was consumed.
downloads Metric
The total number of unique downloads for an episode or podcast. This is a primary metric for overall content performance.
downloads.complete Metric
The number of complete downloads for an episode, indicating that the entire audio file was downloaded successfully.
formats.aac Metric
This field indicates that the audio content for a podcast episode is provided in the AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) format. AAC is a widely used audio compression standard known for delivering good sound quality at efficient file sizes, making it suitable for podcast distribution.
formats.mp3 Metric
The number of downloads specifically for the MP3 format of the podcast episode.
formats.opus Metric
The number of downloads specifically for the Opus format of the podcast episode.
id Metric
The unique identifier for an episode or podcast. This ID is used to distinguish between different content pieces.
number Metric
The episode number, if applicable. This can be used to track sequential content.
platforms.{PLATFORM} Metric
This field represents the operating system or device platform used by listeners. The {PLATFORM} placeholder will be replaced by the actual platform name (e.g., 'iOS', 'Android', 'Windows'). It provides data on the number of downloads or interactions originating from that platform.
published_at Dimension
The timestamp indicating when the episode was published.
slug Dimension
A human-readable, URL-friendly identifier for the episode or podcast, often used in URLs.
sources.feed Metric
The number of downloads originating from the podcast's RSS feed.
sources.social Metric
This field indicates that a podcast download or listen originated from a social media platform. It helps in understanding the effectiveness of social media promotion for a podcast.
sources.unknown Metric
Represents downloads from sources that are not explicitly identified or categorized within the Podigee analytics data. This field provides insights into listens originating from unclassified platforms or referrers.
sources.user_backend Metric
This field specifies that the data or content originates from a user's own backend system or an internal tool integrated with Podigee. It represents information that has been ingested or managed by the podcast creator through their proprietary systems rather than directly through the Podigee platform interface.
sources.web_download Metric
This field indicates that a podcast download or listen occurred directly from a web browser or a direct link on a website, rather than through a dedicated podcast player or app.
sources.webplayer Metric
The number of plays or downloads initiated directly from the Podigee web player embedded on a website.
sources.webplayer-download Metric
This field indicates that a podcast download or listen originated specifically from Podigee's web player embedded on a website.
