AudioGo: Setup guide#

This guide explains how to collect data from AudioGo.

Limitations#

Collecting data from AudioGo comes with the following limitations:

  • This connector has rate limits. API keys on a Free plan have stricter quotas. To avoid errors, try fetching smaller date ranges or fewer records at a time.

  • The monthly quota for Free plan API keys is 10,000 requests.

  • The maximum fetch range per request depends on the number of dimensions selected. For details, see Date range limits.

Creating a datastream to collect data from AudioGo#

The basics of creating a datastream to collect data from any data source are explained in our guide to Collecting data in Adverity. This guide contains information about the specific steps to create a datastream to fetch data from AudioGo.

Authorization: Allow Adverity to access AudioGo#

To choose what data to collect and customize the AudioGo datastream configuration, follow these steps:

  1. (Optional) Rename your datastream.

  2. In Agency ID, enter the system-generated unique ID for your agency.

  3. In Dimensions, select the dimensions to include in the report. You can select up to 5 dimensions.

    Note

  4. In Metrics, select the metrics to include in the report.

  5. In Granularity, select the time interval for the report. The following options are available:

    • Day (default) — data is aggregated by day.

    • Hour — data is aggregated by hour.

    • Month — data is aggregated by month.

    • Total — data is aggregated across the entire selected date range with no date breakdown.

  6. In Fields, change the list of fields that you want to see in your data extract.
