Zoho CRM: Most-used fields#
The table below gives information about most-used fields that you can import from Zoho CRM. Other fields might also be available in Adverity.
The fields that you can fetch in Adverity are updated regularly to reflect updates to data source APIs.
Account_Name Dimension
The name of the account or company. This is a mandatory field for Account records in Zoho CRM.
Account_Name.Id Metric
The unique identifier of the account associated with a record.
Account_Name.Name Dimension
The display name of the account associated with a record.
Ad Dimension
Represents the marketing campaign or advertising initiative that generated a lead, contact, or potential. This field links the record to its originating campaign in Zoho CRM, providing insights into marketing effectiveness.
Ad_Campaign_Name Dimension
The name of the advertising campaign linked to a record, often automatically populated from integrated advertising platforms like Google Ads.
Ad_Click_Date Dimension
The date and time when an associated advertisement was clicked, often recorded through integrations with advertising platforms.
Ad_Network Dimension
The advertising network from which the ad originated (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Adgroup_Name Dimension
The name of the ad group within an advertising campaign associated with a record.
Approval.Approve Dimension
An action to approve a record in an approval process, indicating acceptance.
Approval.Delegate Dimension
An action to delegate an approval request to another user or role in the approval process.
Approval.Reject Dimension
An action to reject a record in an approval process, indicating non-acceptance.
Approval.Resubmit Dimension
Indicates whether a record has been resubmitted for approval after an initial rejection within a configured approval process.
Approval.Takeover Dimension
An action allowing a user to take over an outstanding approval request from another user.
Approval_State Dimension
The current state of a record within an approval workflow (e.g., Pending, Approved, Rejected).
Approved Dimension
A boolean indicator specifying whether a record has been approved. Can be used to manually set a record into approval mode during creation.
Billing_City Dimension
The city component of a record's billing address.
Billing_Code Dimension
The postal code or ZIP code component of a record's billing address.
Billing_Country Dimension
The country component of a record's billing address.
Billing_Street Dimension
The street address component of a record's billing address.
Click_Type Dimension
The type of click that led to a record, often used in ad tracking to differentiate interactions (e.g., headline click, site link click).
Conversion_Export_Status Dimension
The status of a conversion data export job, indicating whether it's completed, in progress, or failed.
Conversion_Exported_On Dimension
The timestamp indicating when conversion data was last exported.
Cost_Per_Click Metric
The average cost incurred for each click on an advertisement, a key marketing metric.
Cost_Per_Conversion Metric
The average cost incurred for each successful conversion event, a key marketing metric.
Created_By.Email Dimension
The email address of the user who initially created the record.
Created_By.Id Metric
The unique identifier of the user who initially created the record.

The timestamp indicating when the record was initially created in the CRM.
Currency_Symbol Dimension
The symbol representing the currency associated with financial values in the CRM.
Device_Type Dimension

E_Mail Dimension
The primary email address for the record, used for communication.
Email Dimension

Email_Opt_Out Dimension
A boolean field indicating whether the contact has opted out of receiving email communications.
Facebook Dimension
A link to the record's Facebook profile or an indicator of Facebook integration.
Fetch_Date Dimension
The date when the record was fetched from the Zoho CRM API. This is an internally injected field by the data integration platform.
First_Name Dimension
The first name of the individual associated with the record.
Full_Name Dimension
The complete name of the individual, often a concatenated read-only field of First Name and Last Name.
Gclid Dimension
The Google Click Identifier, a parameter used to track performance of Google Ads campaigns.
Id Dimension

Import Metric
Indicates if a record was created or updated through an import process.
In_Merge Dimension
A flag indicating whether the record is currently involved in a merge operation with other records.
Industry Dimension
Categorizes the industry sector of an associated lead or account.
Instagram Dimension
A link to the record's Instagram profile or an indicator of Instagram integration.
Is_Duplicate Dimension
A boolean flag indicating if the record has been identified as a potential duplicate based on configured duplicate check rules.
Keyword Dimension
Refers to a specific word or phrase associated with a record, often used for categorization, search, or marketing attribution. This field can be used to tag records with relevant terms or capture search queries.
Last_Activity_Time Dimension
The timestamp of the most recent activity or interaction related to the record (e.g., email sent, task completed).
Last_Name Dimension
The last name of the individual associated with the record.
Latest_Web_Visit Dimension
Represents the timestamp of the most recent visit a contact or lead made to a website or digital property. This corresponds to the `Last_Visited_Time` API field.
Layout_Id Dimension
The unique identifier of the page layout used for displaying the record.
Layout_Id.Display_Label Dimension
The display label of the page layout used for the record.
Layout_Id.Id Dimension
The unique identifier of the page layout used for the record.

The name of the page layout used for the record.
Lead_Score Metric
A numerical value representing the qualification score of a lead, often calculated based on predefined criteria and activities to prioritize engagement.
Lead_Source Dimension
The original source from which the lead was acquired (e.g., Web Download, Trade Show, Referral).
Lead_Status Dimension
The current stage of the lead in the sales pipeline (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified).
Linkedin Dimension
A link to the record's LinkedIn profile or an indicator of LinkedIn integration.

The URL of the record's LinkedIn profile.

The mobile phone number of the individual associated with the record.
Modified_By.Email Dimension
The email address of the user who last modified the record.

Review Dimension

Review_Process.Approve Dimension

Salutation Dimension
