Integral Ad Science: Troubleshooting#

My Integral Ad Science token is only valid for 7 hours#

This is not a problem. Integral Ad Science tokens are updated when you fetch data from Integral Ad Science. If the existing token has expired, a new token is automatically generated. You do not need to take any action if you see this message in Adverity.

500 Server Error for specific report types#

Fetches for Brand Suitability Failure Report, Facebook Viewability, and Performance Report may fail with a 500 Server Error if you select inactive teams or select a media partner without also selecting the Media partners dimension.

To avoid this error:

  • Remove any inactive teams from your selection.

  • If you select a media partner, also select the Media partners dimension.
