No organizations available when setting up an for LinkedIn Organizations & Brands datastream#

The No Organizations available message appears during the setup process if the user account does not have the Super Admin role in LinkedIn Organizations & Brands. For more information, see the LinkedIn documentation.

Troubleshooting follower count issues#

If you’re seeing empty followerCount values:

  1. Remove the followerCount field from your manual field selection.

  2. Add a demographic breakdown (such as Country, Industry, or Function).

  3. The followerCount will be automatically returned with populated values.

Data validation considerations#

When comparing data with the LinkedIn native interface:

  • Account for the 1-day delay in metrics availability.

  • Ensure you’re using the correct date range that accounts for data processing delays.

  • Verify that the same breakdown dimensions are being compared.
