Loop Returns: Most-used fields#
The table below gives information about most-used fields that you can import from Loop Returns. Other fields might also be available in Adverity.

Barcode Dimension
The barcode associated with the returned item, used for identification and tracking.
Carrier Dimension
The carrier service used for the return.
Consolidation Tracking Dimension
The tracking number for a consolidated shipment containing this return item, such as a Happy Returns Outbound Shipment tracking number.
Currency Dimension
The currency code of the store's default currency.
Customer Email Dimension
The email address of the customer who initiated the return.
Destination ID Dimension
The unique identifier for the return's destination.
Exchange Variant Dimension
The variant of the product chosen as an exchange.
Exchanges Dimension
A list of exchange orders associated with the return.
Label Last Updated Dimension
The date and time (ISO 8601 format) when the return label was last updated.
Label Rate Metric
The shipping rate that was paid for the return label.
Label Status Dimension
The current delivery status of the return label.
Label URL Dimension
The URL link to the generated shipping label.
Line Item Discount Metric
The total discount applied to the individual line item.
Line Item ID Dimension
The unique identifier for a specific line item included in the return.
Line Item Price Metric
The price of the individual line item.
Line Item Refund Metric
The total refund amount for the individual line item.
Line Item Refund Net Metric
This line item's portion of the refunded amount, excluding shipping costs.

Multi Currency Dimension
Indicates whether the original order was placed using a currency different from the store's default currency.
Order ID Dimension
The internal Loop order identifier associated with the return.
Order Name Dimension
The human-readable name of the order.
Order Number Dimension
The sequential number of the order.
Outcome Dimension
The chosen resolution for the return, such as an exchange, refund, or store credit.
Package Reference Dimension
A reference number associated with the return package.
Parent Reason Dimension
The primary category or higher-level reason for the return.
Parent Return Reason Dimension
The main category of the reason for returning the line item.
Product ID Dimension
The unique identifier of the product being returned.
Product Name Dimension
The name of the product or line item.
Product Title Dimension
The title or name of the product being returned.
Provider Line Item ID Dimension
The unique identifier for the line item as provided by the commerce platform (e.g., Shopify).
Provider Order ID Dimension
The unique identifier for the order as provided by the commerce platform (e.g., Shopify).
Provider Order Number Dimension
The order number as provided by the commerce platform (e.g., Shopify).
Provider Restock Location ID Dimension
The unique identifier of the location where the returned item is intended to be restocked by the commerce provider.
Reason Dimension
The specific reason provided for the return of an item.
Return Comment Dimension
An internal comment or note associated with the entire return for communication and record-keeping purposes. These notes are visible on the return's timeline within the Loop admin interface.
Return Created Date Dimension
The date and time when the return was initially created, in ISO 8601 format.

The date and time when the return was initially created, in ISO 8601 format.
Return ID Dimension
The unique identifier assigned to the return within Loop Returns.
Return Method Dimension
The method chosen for the return, such as mail-in or Happy Returns.
Return Reason Dimension
The specific reason provided by the customer for returning the line item.
Return Updated Datetime Dimension
The date and time (ISO 8601 format) when the return was last updated.
Returned At Datetime Dimension
The date and time (ISO 8601 format) when the individual line item was marked as returned.
SKU Dimension
The Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) for the product variant.
State Dimension
The current status of the return (e.g., pending, cancelled, processed).
Status Page URL Dimension
The URL link to the customer-facing status page for the return.
Tracking Number Dimension
The tracking number associated with the return shipment.
Type Dimension
The category or type of return submission, such as standard or warranty.

The unique identifier of the specific product variant being returned.

The name or title of the specific product variant returned. This helps distinguish between different versions of a product, such as size or color.
